活動資訊

一、活動名稱:「115年優良實驗室與研究團隊管理競賽」。
二、活動摘要:為提升本校實驗室與研究團隊的管理效能,鼓勵各實驗室建立良好之管理制度與組織文化,並促進跨領域交流與合作,建構師生互信及成員共識,正向、尊重與具包容性的研究場域,特舉辦本競賽活動。藉由徵選並表揚優良實驗室與研究團隊標竿典範,進而建立制度化、正向發展的研究環境,提升本校整體研究能量與國際競爭力。
三、承辦單位:國立陽明交通大學研究發展處、教務處、圖書館、人文與社會科學研究中心、健康中心、學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室。

四、經費來源:高等教育深耕計畫及校內經費。
五、對象:本校所屬各學院、系所、研究中心之實驗室或研究團隊,皆可報名參加;過去三年內曾參加過本競賽且獲獎之團隊或實驗室請勿報名。
六、競賽內容
(一)實驗室或研究團隊管理規範(須含實驗室或研究團隊管理之一般原則、研究資料處理原則、研究經費使用原則、研究成果撰寫原則、團隊交接與知識傳承機制、生成式AI使用與科技倫理原則,以及團隊心理安全感與健康支持機制等七大項目)。
(二)其他有助評選之資料。
七、獎項
(一)金獎:頒發獎狀乙紙與獎金新臺幣三萬元(1名)。
(二)銀獎:頒發獎狀乙紙與獎金新臺幣二萬元(2名)。
(三)銅獎:頒發獎狀乙紙與獎金新臺幣一萬元(3名)。
八、報名方式與活動期程:
(一)報名及收件:
        1.報名期限:即日起至115年9月14日(一)前。
        2.報名連結:https://forms.gle/vfiQZdNwVc8SzXUe6。如因報名填寫資料錯誤,導致無法通知相關訊息時,承辦單位不負任何責任。
        3.報名收件:將競賽項目之徵選基本資料封面頁(附件一)、簽署隱私權政策暨個人資料蒐集及使用方式聲明(附件二)及參賽注意事項同意書(附件三),以及相關資料編碼合併成pdf檔1份,並寄送至學術倫理與研究辦公室信箱oaeri@nycu.edu.tw。
        4.逾時寄送或未寄送視同放棄;參賽資料於收件期限內得抽換更改,逾時不接受,以維持公平性。

(二)初審結果:預計於115年9月24日(四)前,於學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室網站(https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/)公告,以6組入圍之實驗室或研究團隊為原則。
(三)實地訪評與決選:
        1.實地訪評:預計於115年10月1日(四)至115年10月23日(五)辦理,各團隊確切訪評日期將另行通知。
        2.決選公告:預計115年11月6日(五)前,於學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室網站(https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/)公告。

(四)頒獎典禮暨獲獎團隊分享:預計於115年12月31日前辦理,另行公告。
(五)本活動須至入圍實驗室或研究團隊所在地進行實地訪評,入圍隊伍須派員參加頒獎典禮及進行獲獎團隊經驗分享。

十、注意事項
(一)凡參與本計畫活動者,即視同認可本計畫之各項內容及規定,主辦單位享有本計畫徵選規則、評審作業與評審標準等最終修改及認定權利,如有未盡事宜,得隨時修正,並於活動網站公告,不再另行通知。
(二)入圍實驗室或研究團隊,於學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室網站公告外,並以電子郵件通知;其餘未獲入圍者,不另行通知。
(三)獎金由承辦單位依規定應扣繳所得稅或政府規定應扣繳之相關費用,並由得獎實驗室或研究團隊具名領取,故請填寫獲獎實驗室或研究團隊資料表(附件四),同意將檔案提供給承辦單位,並以無償、非專屬授權、永久方式,授權予承辦單位,基於非營利目的之教育用途進行利用,包括為上述目的所必要之重製、公開傳輸行為。

I. Event Name
2026 Outstanding Laboratory and Research Team Management Competition

II. Event Summary
This competition aims to enhance the management efficiency of laboratories and research teams at NYCU, encourage sound management systems and organizational culture, and promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. It seeks to build mutual trust between faculty and students and consensus among members, fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive research environment.
By selecting and recognizing exemplary laboratories and research teams, the competition strives to establish a structured and positive research environment, thereby enhancing the overall research capacity and international competitiveness of the university.

V. Participants
While laboratories and research teams from all university colleges, departments, and research centers are eligible to apply, those that have already won an award in this competition within the past three years may not register.

VI. Awards
Gold: Certificate + NT$30,000 (1 team)
Silver: Certificate + NT$20,000 (2 teams)
Bronze: Certificate + NT$10,000 (3 teams)

VII. Competition Content
1.Laboratory or Research Team Management Regulations – Must include the following seven key areas:
1),General principles of the laboratory or research team
.Clear organizational structure, internal division of labor among members, and daily work guidelines.
.Formulating principles for the use and maintenance of shared instruments and equipment.
.Explicitly regulating the definition of authorship, ordering principles, and dispute resolution mechanisms for the publication of academic achievements.
2),Principles for research data management
.Explicitly regulate the collection, recording, preservation, use, and sharing of research data.
.Establish standardized guidelines for writing and reviewing lab notebooks (including physical and electronic lab notebooks/ELNs).
.Implement security mechanisms for anti-tampering, data leak prevention, and regular backups.
3),Principles for research funding usage
.Establish an internal review and division of labor mechanism for expense application and reimbursement.
.Ensure a high degree of transparency and rationality in funding utilization, while strictly implementing the principles of dedicated funding and avoidance of conflicts of interest.
4),Principles for the usage and publication of research outcomes
.Ensure that data collection and analysis are faithfully and accurately presented.
.Properly cite literature during drafting, pass plagiarism and originality checks, fully disclose financial or non-financial conflicts of interest upon publication, and implement relevant avoidance regulations.
5),Mechanisms for team handover and knowledge succession
.Execute a standardized handover checklist when members graduate, resign, or transfer (including raw data, account credentials, experimental code, and SOPs for key technologies).
.Establish a newcomer training guide for the team to ensure that research capacity remains uninterrupted despite personnel turnover.
6),Principles for Generative AI usage and technological ethics
.Clearly define the "permitted scope" and "prohibited boundaries" of AI utilization across different research stages, including literature review, code generation, data analysis, and manuscript polishing.
.Establish an internal self-checklist for AI usage and implement transparency disclosure obligations upon publication.
7),Mechanisms for cultivating a healthy, safe, and positive support network
.Implement concrete positive care measures driven by the laboratory.
.Encourage team members to participate in on-campus and off-campus health promotion activities.
.Proactively provide or refer members to on-campus mental health resources.

VIII. Registration and Schedule
1. Registration and Submission
.Deadline: On or before Monday, September 14, 2026.

.Submission Method: Merge the Cover Page of Basic Information (Attachment 1), the signed Privacy Policy & Personal Data Collection Statement (Attachment 2), the Consent Form for Participation Notices (Attachment 3), and all encoded supporting materials into a single PDF file. Email the file to the Office of Academic Ethics and Research Integrity at oaeri@nycu.edu.tw.
.Late Submissions: Late or incomplete submissions will be considered a forfeiture of participation. Submissions may be revised or replaced at any time before the deadline; no revisions will be accepted afterward to ensure fairness.
2.Preliminary Review Results
Expected to be announced by Thursday, September 24, 2026, on the official website of the Office of Academic Ethics and Research Integrity (https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/). In principle, 6 shortlisted laboratories or research teams will be announced.
3.On-site Evaluation & Final Selection
.On-site Evaluation: Scheduled from Thursday, October 1, 2026, to Friday, October 23, 2026. The exact evaluation date for each team will be notified separately.
.Final Results Announcement: Expected to be posted by Friday, November 6, 2026, on the official website (https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/).
4.Award Ceremony & Winner Sharing Session
Scheduled to be held before December 31, 2026. The exact date, time, and venue will be announced later.
5.On-site Requirement
The evaluation will be conducted at the physical locations of the shortlisted laboratories or research teams. Shortlisted teams must send representatives to attend the award ceremony and participate in the experience-sharing sessions.

X. Notes
1. Participation implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of all contents and regulations of this project. The organizing units reserve the right of final modification and interpretation regarding the selection rules, evaluation procedures, and criteria. Any amendments will be posted on the official website without further notice.
2. Shortlisted laboratories or research teams will be notified via email in addition to the public announcement on the website. Non-shortlisted participants will not receive individual notifications.
3. The prize money is subject to applicable income tax or other government-mandated deductions in accordance with law. Prizes must be claimed under the name of the winning laboratory or research team; therefore, winners must complete the Winner Information Form (Attachment 4). Winners agree to grant the organizing units a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use the submitted files for non-profit educational purposes, including reproduction and public transmission necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
