活動資訊
一、活動名稱:「114年優良實驗室與研究團隊管理競賽」。
二、活動摘要:為提升本校實驗室與研究團隊的管理效能,鼓勵各實驗室建立良好之管理制度與組織文化,並促進跨領域交流與合作,建構師生互信及成員共識,正向、尊重與具包容性的研究場域,特舉辦本競賽活動。藉由徵選並表揚優良實驗室與研究團隊標竿典範,進而建立制度化、正向發展的研究環境,提升本校整體研究能量與國際競爭力。
三、指導單位:教育部。
四、承辦單位:國立陽明交通大學學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室、圖書館、研究發展處及教務處等。
五、協辦單位:國立陽明交通大學人文與社會科學研究中心
六、對象:本校所屬各學院、系所、研究中心之實驗室或研究團隊,皆可報名參加。
七、競賽內容:
(一)實驗室或研究團隊管理規範(須含實驗室或研究團隊一般原則、研究資料處理原則、研究經費使用原則、研究成果撰寫原則,以及研究成果發表原則等五大項目)。
(二)其他有助評選之資料。
八、獎項:
(一)金獎:頒發獎狀乙紙與獎金新臺幣三萬元(1名)。
(二)銀獎:頒發獎狀乙紙與獎金新臺幣二萬元(2名)。
(三)銅獎:頒發獎狀乙紙與獎金新臺幣一萬元(3名)。
九、報名方式與活動期程:
(一)競賽說明會:114年9月22日(一)10:00-11:00,線上會議連結:https://meet.google.com/dqe-eeow-rrp
(二)報名及收件截止:
1.自即日起至114年10月15日(三)前,採線上報名方式辦理,逾時恕不受理,報名連結:https://reurl.cc/895g6o。如因報名填寫資料錯誤,導致無法通知相關訊息時,承辦單位不負任何責任。
2.114年10月15日(三)前,對競賽項目之徵選基本資料封面頁(附件一)、簽署隱私權政策暨個人資料蒐集及使用方式聲明(附件二)及參賽注意事項同意書(附件三),以及相關資料編碼合併成pdf檔1份,並寄送至學術倫理與研究辦公室信箱oaeri@nycu.edu.tw;參賽資料於收件期限內得抽換更改,逾時不接受,以維持公平性。
(三)初審結果:預計於114年10月24日(五)前,於學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室網站(https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/)公告6組入圍之實驗室或研究團隊。(四)實地訪評與決選:
1. 實地訪評:預計於114年10月27日(一)至114年11月14日(五),各團隊確切訪評日期將另行通知。
2. 決選公告:預計114年11月19日(三)前,於學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室網站(https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/)公告。
(五)頒獎典禮暨獲獎團隊分享:114年11月28日(五)前擇日辦理,地點與日期時間另行公告周知。(六)本活動須至入圍實驗室或研究團隊所在地進行實地訪評,入圍隊伍須派員參加頒獎典禮及進行獲獎團隊經驗分享。
十、評選方式與指標:請詳參附件(附件國立陽明交通大學114年優良實驗室與研究團隊管理競賽計畫書)
十一、注意事項:
(一)凡參與本計畫活動者,即視同認可本計畫之各項內容及規定,主辦單位享有本計畫徵選規則、評審作業與評審標準等最終修改及認定權利,如有未盡事宜,得隨時修正,並於活動網站公告,不再另行通知。
(二)入圍實驗室或研究團隊,於學術倫理與研究誠信辦公室網站公告外,並以電子郵件通知;其餘未獲入圍者,不另行通知。
(三)獎金由承辦單位依規定應扣繳所得稅或政府規定應扣繳之相關費用,並由得獎實驗室或研究團隊具名領取,故請填寫獲獎實驗室或研究團隊資料表(附件四),同意將檔案提供給承辦單位,並以無償、非專屬授權、永久方式,授權予承辦單位,基於非營利目的之教育用途進行利用,包括為上述目的所必要之重製、公開傳輸行為。

2025 Outstanding Laboratory and Research Team Management Competition
II. Event Summary
This competition aims to enhance the management efficiency of laboratories and research teams at NYCU, encourage sound management systems and organizational culture, and promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. It seeks to build mutual trust between faculty and students and consensus among members, fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive research environment.
By selecting and recognizing exemplary laboratories and research teams, the competition strives to establish a structured and positive research environment, thereby enhancing the overall research capacity and international competitiveness of the university.

VI. Participants
Laboratories or research teams affiliated with all colleges, departments, and research centers of NYCU are eligible to register.
VII. Competition Content
Laboratory or Research Team Management Regulations – Must include the following five key areas:
General principles of the laboratory or research team
Principles for research data management
Principles for research funding usage
Principles for drafting research outcomes
Principles for publishing research outcomes
Other supporting materials that may assist in evaluation
VIII. Awards

Submissions may be revised before the deadline; no revisions accepted afterward to ensure fairness.
3. Preliminary Review Results
Expected announcement by Friday, October 24, 2025 on https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/ – listing 6 shortlisted laboratories or research teams
4. On-site Evaluation & Final Selection
On-site evaluation: Monday, October 27 – Friday, November 14, 2025. Exact dates for each team will be notified separately
Final results announcement: Wednesday, November 19, 2025, on https://oaeri.nycu.edu.tw/
5. Award Ceremony & Winner Sharing Session
Scheduled before Friday, November 28, 2025. Exact date, time, and venue will be announced later
Shortlisted teams must send representatives to attend the award ceremony and participate in experience-sharing sessions
6. On-site Requirement
Evaluation will be conducted at the shortlisted laboratories or research teams’ locations

XI. Notes
Participation implies full acknowledgment of all contents and rules. The organizing units reserve the right to amend rules, review procedures, and evaluation criteria. Any changes will be posted on the official website without further notice.
Shortlisted laboratories or research teams will be notified via email in addition to the public announcement. Non-shortlisted participants will not receive individual notifications.
Prize money will be subject to applicable income tax or other government-mandated deductions. Prizes will be awarded to the named laboratory or research team. Participants must complete the Winner Information Form (Attachment 4) and agree to provide files to the organizing units under a non-exclusive, free, and perpetual license for educational purposes.
